5. Financial Safety & Scams

• No fraud, phishing, or money laundering

• No forcing or misleading users into payments or gifting

• Coins, gifts, and virtual items do not represent real money

Any abuse related to payments may lead to permanent suspension.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

• Follow all platform rules while streaming

• Take responsibility for their live content

• Avoid misleading promotions or false claims

• Respect audience boundaries and safety

GooglyLive may monitor live sessions to ensure compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

• Only share content you own or have permission to use

• Do not upload copyrighted music, videos, or images without rights

• Repeated copyright violations may result in account termination

8. Spam & Platform Abuse

• No spamming, repeated messages, or fake engagement

• No bots, scripts, or automated activity

• No exploiting bugs, loopholes, or system weaknesses

9. Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report:

• Inappropriate content

• Abuse or harassment

• Fraud or suspicious activity

GooglyLive may take actions including:

• Content removal

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account ban

Decisions are final and made to protect the community.
