User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and GooglyLive (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the GooglyLive website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, please do not use GooglyLive.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account, accessing content, or using any feature of GooglyLive, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws

• You accept our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use GooglyLive

• You must be legally allowed to enter into this Agreement under Indian law

• Accounts found violating age requirements may be terminated without notice

3. User Account

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• You must provide accurate and updated information

• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited

• GooglyLive is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access

4. Platform Usage

You agree to use GooglyLive only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Upload or stream prohibited content

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others

• Engage in fraud, scams, or illegal financial activity

• Attempt to bypass security or platform restrictions

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

5. Payments, Coins & Virtual Items

• GooglyLive may offer paid features, subscriptions, coins, or virtual gifts

• All payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways

• Coins and virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Are non-transferable and non-redeemable

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice

6. Refund & Cancellation

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law

• Subscription cancellation prevents future charges only

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to payment gateway policies

7. User Content & License

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload

• By using GooglyLive, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content for platform operations

• You confirm that you have rights to all content you upload

8. Moderation & Enforcement

GooglyLive reserves the right to:

• Monitor, review, or remove content

• Restrict visibility or access

• Suspend or terminate accounts

Actions may be taken without prior notice to protect platform integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, software, and platform assets belong to GooglyLive

• Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GooglyLive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for content posted by users or creators

• We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services or payment gateways

11. Termination

• You may stop using GooglyLive at any time

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations, legal requirements, or security concerns

• Upon termination, access to coins, subscriptions, or data may be lost

12. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of GooglyLive after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
